Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Radiology Assist.
Last updated: 17 June 2026
1. The service
Radiology Assist is an AI-assisted drafting tool for radiologists, operated by Avium Marketing Ltd, registered at 99 Richmond Road, Montpelier, Bristol, BS6 5EP. It transcribes dictated findings and structures them into draft reports written in your learned reporting style, for your review, editing and export. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Professional responsibility
Radiology Assist produces draft reports only. It does not interpret images, make diagnoses, generate clinical findings, or provide clinical decision support, and it is not a medical device.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every report before it is used for any clinical purpose. Use of the service does not transfer or dilute your professional and legal responsibility for the reports you issue. You must hold the qualifications and registrations required to produce radiology reports in your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for use by medical professionals and is not directed at consumers or patients.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the reports you upload and the reports you produce. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that content in order to provide the service to you — for example, analysing your uploaded reports to build your style profile and structuring your dictations into drafts. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring that material you upload complies with your obligations of confidentiality, and for removing patient-identifying information from style corpus reports before upload. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not reverse engineer the service or resell it without our agreement.
- Do not represent AI-generated drafts as reviewed reports without conducting your review.
6. Pricing and payment
Pricing for the service is published on our pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You will not be charged for any plan you have not explicitly agreed to. Features may change as we develop the product, and we will communicate material changes in advance.
7. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from clinical use of unreviewed drafts, from content you upload, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially we will notify you. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
