Up to 3× faster MRI reporting.
Developed alongside consultant radiologists with patient privacy, data security and radiologist oversight at its core.
Trust & security
The AI structures. You decide.
Radiology Assist is an AI-assisted drafting tool, not a medical device. It does not interpret images, generate findings, or modify clinical content. Every report is a draft until you have reviewed it.
Developed with Dr Julian Chakraverty MBChB BSc(Hons) FRCR — Consultant MSK Radiologist
Patient identifiers stripped
Built-in PHI detection removes patient identifiers from clinical text before report structuring.
Reports never train models
Your dictations and reports produce your drafts. They are never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
Draft generation only
No image interpretation. No diagnoses. No clinical content added or removed. The AI structures what you dictate, nothing more.
You review. You sign off.
Every output is a draft until you approve it. Nothing is exported without your review. The clinical judgement is always yours.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted on the way to our servers and while stored. Your account and reports are private to you.
UK data protection
Built around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data processing agreements in place with every provider we use.
How it works
Dictate. Draft. Export.
Speak naturally. Radiology Assist handles the structure, formatting, and phrasing. You review and sign off.
Set up your style
Upload a set of your previous reports. Radiology Assist learns your phrasing and structure. A one-time setup that shapes every draft.

Dictate your findings
Speak naturally as you review the study. No rigid templates, no structured input. Describe what you see, the way you always have.
“Left knee MRI. ACL intact. Small joint effusion.”
Review and export
A structured draft appears in seconds, written in your reporting style. Edit anything, resolve the built-in quality flags, and export. Your name, your report, your judgement.

FAQ
Questions radiologists ask us
How does it learn my style?
You upload a set of your previous reports. Radiology Assist analyses your phrasing, sentence structure, headings and characteristic terminology, and builds a style profile from them. Every draft is generated against that profile. Most radiologists upload 10-20 reports and have a working style profile in their first session.
What happens to patient data?
Patient data is stripped before report structuring, and your dictations and reports are never used to train AI models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Full detail, including every provider we use, is on our security page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your style profile and report history are deleted when you delete your account. You can export your data before cancelling. We do not retain your reports, dictations, or style corpus after account deletion.
How do I dictate?
You dictate directly in your browser using your microphone — built-in, headset, or USB. No additional dictation software or hardware is required. Speak naturally as you review the study, the way you always have.
Does it work for teleradiology?
Yes. High-volume MSK MRI reporting is exactly where the time savings compound. If you report for a teleradiology group and want to talk about team use, get in touch.
How much does it cost?
Radiology Assist is free to use during the current period, with no credit card required. Launch pricing will be published in advance, priced for individual consultants. You will never be charged without explicitly agreeing to a plan.
